"On July 19, 2011 Hardin celebrated the 'go live' of a health content portal - the final phase in a process that began with the launch of a newly re-designed Web site in February 2011. In the short course of 30 days, overall site visits month-over-month were up 21.5% from 19,177 (June 18-July 18) to more than 23,000 (July 19-August 18). On August 18th, Hardin broke its 23,000 best, logging 23,299 visits. Equally impressive, health portal stats indicate an average of 5 page views per session. As a hard rule, no Web information can be more than 3 clicks away, facilitating use-of-use by visitors.

The online payment can be offered in two ways:
- One using a simple payment form which allows users to quickly make a payment without having to enroll/create user account.

HL7 Integration Auditing/Logging should be made easy

On an average there are at-least 25 HL7 interfaces in a small-medium hospital and now even more with integration with physician office EMRs on the increase. Integration engines usually do a good job of providing enough information to the integration analyst to debug an issue at hand. However, most integration engines do not provide enough information to customer support in an easy and simple way. Customer support takes all calls in hospital IT departments including calls about results/orders/ADTs not available in a particular system.
